- Drop your glove off and fill out a form
- Glove will be ready the next day (Gloves dropped off on Fri & Sat will be ready on Monday)
- Process involves:
- Applying conditioner to the glove to open the pores in the leather and help soften it up
- Placing the glove in the steamer to loosen it
- A wooden mallet is used to loosen the heel and other breaking point areas
- Finally, a coat of cream is applied to the glove to close its pores and seal in the hydration
